Say hello Kim!

Hellooo aficionadooos!

Kim is my lovely companion and vintage cigar expert!

Where are we going today Kim?

Nick, we just received permission to explore the vault of OEK, a huge cigar aficionado and collector!

Wow! you mean Otto.............

Shhhhh! we're sworn to secrecy Nick, please!

Can I see his photo Kim?

Sharp looking mustache!

I just love those old handle bar mustaches Nick!!

Ok, let's go Kim!

Did you know you're driving a Red Dot cigar wagon?

Red Dot? Oh yes I remenber they had a slogan.............

Truly different! Yes that's it!

I think they cured their cigars very distincly to give them a very unusual flavor!

Weren't they located in Red Lion, PA Kim?

Yes they were, very good Nick!

Vrooooom

Kim, did I tell you that you look lovely driving this old jalopy!

Thanks Nick, we're finally here!

Man, this place looks run down!!

Wait!

There's a sign written in faded white letters on the side.

 What does it say?

Cinco Cigar Factory!

Of course, Otto owned the Cinco cigar factory!

How do we get in?

Never mind Nick I have the key!

Kim, you're always so well prepared!

Wow!!

That's a strange looking key Kim!!!

Looks to be some kind of sepent head or dragon, sayyyy Kim where did you get this key?

Click

We're in,

shhhh

Kim, Kimmm?

Where are you?

Here!

Did you bring the penlite Nick?

Darn, it's dark in here, I can't see my hand in front of my face!

Isn't it romantic Nick?

Click!

Hey Kim what's that?

Nick, you found the light switch!

My heroe!

Wow!! look at those bales of tobacco, this place is still loaded with bales of tobacco!

Wonder if they are imported from Cuba?

Nick, we can't carry 164 pound bales of tobacco, so let's just stick to the vault!

I think it's right down here at the end this corridor in the basement!

Wow!! There's a guy still sorting bales of tobacco in here, look at that sailor hat!!

Nick! Quick, quick, let's scoot down this aisle so he won't see us!

Kim, I see it!! I see it!!

Hey, the door is open......

Kim, this inner safe door looks closed, any ideas?

OEK must have been loaded look at the gold trimmed vault wheel!

Kim, the $64K dollar  question is..

Can you crack the safe?

This is going to be tough Nick,

Look 16 tumblers!!!

There must be a kadzillion combinations, but I'll try!!

Mind if I relax and take a smoke before you attempt to crack the safe Kim?

Mind if I join you Nick?

Kim, watcha smoking?

A 1944 Robert Burns

Cool, did I ever tell you look very sexy when you smoke stogies?!

Ha! bet you're just telling me that so that I can hurry up and crack the safe!

OK, OK, OK

Can you hurry up?

Nick, did you bring my nail file?

You know I have to file my nails before I attempt to crack a 16 tumbler safe!

Didn't bring one but can file your nails on this matchbook?

Crack- a - toa I think I got it Nick!!

We're rich, rich, rich !!!

I love you, love you, love you Kim!

ehem, Nick

Do you love me more than your cigars?

Ahhh, well...........

I'll close this safe unless you give me an answer QUICK Nick!

OK,OK,OK, I love you more!

More than what Nick?

More than my cigars, allright, happy!

Let's go in ...........can't see anything...

Whoa, it's dark in here!

Hey ouch, you stepped on my toe Kim!

Here's a flashlight........wowwowwowee

What's that?

Nick, shine it over here...........

Is that the golden centennial?

wowwowwowwowee

Kim, I love you, love you, love you........

Nick, can you please stop jumping around!!

Shine the flashlight over here, get closer....

Can you open it?

OMG what does it say??

It's the Gold Label golden centennial vintage 1961

limited edition #3530

Havana cigars!!

Kim, there's a sack inside!

Wow, it's heavy!

Maybe "it's the stuff that dreams are made of?"

Open it Nick, pleeeaaaze, the suspense is killing me!

A jar??

Looks like one of those old cigar jars Kim, it has the same style as those other Cuban jars.......remember those H. Upmann jars?

Hey Nick this Gold Label jar has a reinforced handle!

That's right Kim, the handles on the Cuban jars used to break!

Wow!! What a nice presentation Nick!

If you are going to celebrate a golden centennial that's the way

it should be done Kim!

Can we open it Nick?

Kim, I love it when you give me those puppy eyes!

I suppose we should open it to see what's inside!

Very nice, uummm what's that smell Nick?

Kim, that fermented wine smell is typical for vintage cigars that have been well preserved, the tobacco ferments and the cigars age and develop more complex flavors, similiar to wine or cognac!

Wow! what a beauty

Look Kim, these Gold Label cigars were made in Factory #1 in Tampa

They were hand made using aged Cuban tobacco from the crop of 1961!

With the heart of Havana?

Yes Kim!

Wow, Nick what a great Father's day present!!

Thanks for all of you help Kim, I would really love going on another adventure with you!

I love you Nick!
